ADMISSION
The Program is targeted at individuals with high potential for success in their chosen career. Selection is therefore very rigorous and competitive.
Academic Qualification
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST) aggregate marks in any discipline under 10 + 2+ 3 system from a recognized University. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. Candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor's degree are also eligible.
Admission Test
Candidates are required to appear for the Management Aptitude Test conducted by AIMA at different centers all over the country. MAT scores are used for short-listing candidates.
Group Discussion and Interview
Group Discussion and personal interviews are integral components of the admissions process.
Admission Offer
Final selection will be based on a careful evaluation of the applicant's academic record, work experience (if any), Group Discussions and personal Interview.
